IANS COSMETICS RETURNS POLICY

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.  

We do not provide refunds. However, you may change for other item which costs the same or higher within 3 days receiving the goods provided that it is in an unworn, unopened and unused state, any labels are still attached, the item is in original saleable condition with all original tags and packaging, a returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s) with the original IANS Cosmetics invoice (receipt). Items on ‘Sale’ cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check the items on ‘Sale’ before purchasing.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to our online store or in person to IANS Cosmetics’s office (only) within 3 days from the date of delivery and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by IANS Cosmetics. Please contact customer experience to organize the arrangement.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received IANS Cosmetics.

Store purchases can not be returned or refunded online.

 

Returns Policy Conditions

At IANS Cosmetics we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item, provided that:

  • You return the item within 3 days (inclusive) from the original date of purchase
  • You produce your original IANS Cosmetics invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition:
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • Any labels are still attached
  • A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)


If you are not able to comply with these requirements, IANS Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. IANS Cosmetics will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

Items on ‘Sale’ cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check the items on ‘Sale’ before purchasing.

Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and postage charges cannot be refunded.

Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value or (higher )of the purchase price of the item being returned. Your items that you wish to return need to be sent back to our online returns address, enclose a postage paid self-addressed post bag (to post back your exchanged item), the returns and tax invoice (receipt). Return postage costs will be at your expense.

If the alternative colour is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, you may exchange with other item of the same price.

 

Faulty Goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Please be aware that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund in the form of store credit.

 

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.ianscosmetics.com and official IANS Cosmetics Instagram and Facebook account. However, as computer monitors and mobile phone screen varies, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate.
